Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what you agree to

Drawl is operated by Ankur Shrivastava, an individual (sole proprietor) based in India. “We”, “us” and “our” mean him. “You” means the person using Drawl.

By downloading or using Drawl, or by subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Drawl.

2. The service and what you need

Drawl is a Mac app that listens to your calls and draws them on a canvas while they happen. You download it from drawl.fyi.

To use it you need an Apple Silicon Mac, macOS 26 or later, and a Google account to sign in with.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use Drawl. You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and don’t share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Subscription, billing and Dodo Payments

Drawl costs $15 per month. The subscription is monthly, billed in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel.

Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record and reseller. It processes your payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. Its buyer terms apply to your purchase.

5. Delivery

Drawl is a digital product. You download the Mac app from drawl.fyi. Nothing is shipped physically.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first subscription payment. After that there are no refunds for partial periods. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Recording consent

Drawl listens to your microphone and your call app’s audio. You are responsible for following the recording and transcription laws that apply to you and to the people on your calls. Get any consent you need from the other participants before you use Drawl on a call.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t:

• use Drawl for anything illegal;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the app, except where the law allows it;
• abuse the service or try to get around its limits or security;
• resell, sublicense or share your access to the service.

9. Your content

You own your transcripts and canvases. You give us only the permission we need to provide the service, for example to send transcript text to AI model providers so they can write your canvas.

10. AI output can be wrong

Drawl uses AI models to label and structure your calls. They can miss things, mishear and get things wrong. Check anything important, such as decisions, numbers and owners, before you rely on it.

11. Third-party services

Drawl works with services we don’t run: Google (sign-in), Slack and Notion (if you connect them), hosted AI model providers, and Dodo Payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for them.

12. Our intellectual property and your licence

We own Drawl, including the app, the website and the Drawl name and logo. While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on your Mac. We keep all other rights.

13. Termination

You can stop using Drawl and cancel at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

14. Disclaimers

Drawl is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its output will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

15. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to Drawl is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you notice, for example by email or in the app, before they take effect. If you keep using Drawl after that, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
